- In a pit of the mine. "What gives us the most value is what we work on in the dark. If I go outside and stand on the border of a ten-story building, I get scared… Don´t you see? Here inside, in the pits, we go up 40 meters as if it were nothing. Why? Because it is dark… I can´t see, further than my little lamp I can´t see. There is no vertigo… Just go up. Most of us miners have that courage inside the mine."
