Since my profession is workplace medicine, I have always had the opportunity to look closely at the working life of manual workers. I witnessed both their physical and mental problems and the difficulties of their working conditions.

In addition to these difficulties, it is a sad reality that the wages they earn are insufficient and they have financial difficulties. I wanted to highlight the injustices suffered by workers by photographing the difficult conditions under which they work.

Since reliable statistics are not kept in my country, this problem is perceived as smaller than it is and this situation is ignored by employers and those concerned. On average, one person dies or becomes disabled every day due to working conditions.

With this project I wanted to draw attention to the working conditions of these people whose alternative is unemployment. I know that there are many examples of similar worker conditions in the world.
