"She will never know" is for Paloma a sensible and possible painful introspective journey loaded with symbolism. The translucent glass, together with water and paint, two key elements in her adult life (she lives in Casares- Malaga and she paints besides photographing) resumes in a mastery way that adult reflex of the amniotic bag, which is the blockage that keeps in attendance to show us a diffuse image of what we are, but that, at the same time, it presents to us like something distant and anyhow unattainable: the frustration of seeing ourselves without recognizing us, to live without being certain if the one who inhabits the other side of the glass is our primordial being, the same that was only fully himself behind that amniotic bag.
