Yiorgos Kordakis
Yiorgos Kordakis was born in Athens Greece. He is a self-taught Phοtographer, who has enjoyed shifting between Fine Art and Commercial Photography for the best part of his career.
His commercial work has been published in major magazine titles around the globe and has been included in important book publications.
He often decides to focus on personal projects, following his instinct and finding inspiration on diverse subjects: Studying the relationship of humans with water as a natural element on a global scale or seeking for his cinematic memories of the American West are two examples of such diversity.
His work is represented in Greek and International Art Galleries and had been exhibited in numerous international Group and Solo Exhibitions and received prestigious Photographic Awards.
Yiorgos is currently working on his latest Project , a study on the Greek Identity.
